Return & Refund Policy We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Footwear must be in the original, undamaged shoe box.

  • Personalized or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@aweoffer.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
